Where does the process start?
The landscape process begins with an initial consultation with Chuck Simpson or another designer at your home. Ideas are communicated and designing begins. Sometimes a “design” is as simple as a list. Sometimes a detailed set of plans and a design document is called for. We present a menu of items and you, the client makes choices, sets priorities and helps determine a logical sequence for the project. Construction will be scheduled to fit everyone's needs.

How interactive is the process?
Because each project is unique, questions and opportunities arise during construction. We expect questions and respond thoroughly and professionally. Upon completion of a job, we supply information to teach clients how to understand and maintain their landscapes and gardens.
